Healing in the Privacy & Comfort of Home

When you or a loved one is recovering or dealing with a health problem like surgery, an accident, or an illness, there’s truly no place like home. But sometimes you need skilled medical professionals to help with this healing.

CompleteCare Home Health gives you the best of both worlds... outstanding care from skilled medical professionals, plus services are provided in your home under the direction of your personal Physician.

Our professional, medical staff is on-call 24-hours a day, 7-days a week to respond to you and your family's questions or should an emergency medical situation occur.

CompleteCare Home Health provides care from skilled nurses, therapists, and other professionals. CompleteCare’s caring and highly-trained clinical team will:

  • Help you manage health concerns, like heart failure or joint replacement,
  • Work with your doctor to develop a custom plan for your care,
  • Assist you with medications and nutrition,
  • Coordinate medical equipment, like wheelchairs or diabetes supplies,
  • Identify and advise you on home safety hazards,
  • Help you or your loved ones live safely and independently at home.

Medicare Coverage

Everyone with Part A and/or Part B Medicare is eligible for home care coverage if you meet these requirements:

  1. You must be homebound, or leaving home is a major effort. For example, you have trouble leaving your home without help (like using a cane, wheelchair, walker or crutches; need special transportation or help from another person) because of an illness or injury. Or maybe leaving home isn’t recommended because of your health condition.
You can still qualify for home health if you leave home only for short periods -- like going to your doctor or attending religious services – or if you attend adult daycare.
  2. You must be under a doctor’s care and have a plan of care established and reviewed regularly by a doctor. Our agency will work closely with your doctor on a plan customized for you.
  3. You must need at least one of the following: part-time skilled nursing care, physical therapy, continued occupational therapy or speech/language therapy. Part-time or intermittent nursing care means less than 7 days each week or less than 8 hours each day.
  4. The home care agency must be approved by the Medicare program. CompleteCare Home Health is Medicare-certified.
  5. You must have a face-to-face visit with your doctor 90 days before or 30 days after beginning home care services.
